Green dot = live call right now. Click any active or past call to view its conversation.
Type a private note in the bottom bar — only your AI hears it and adjusts mid-call — or click the green Take over call button to speak to the caller yourself.
Pulls the caller's company logo from their website or email, extracts name/phone/intent, plays the recording, and lets you compare Starter, Pro Business (Ultra-HD + 60s Voice Clone), and Corporate in the Audio tab.
Set your Business Name, Receptionist Name, 4 Call Scenarios (Inbound Receptionist, <60s Lead Callback, Call a Lead List, Client Phone Lines), VIP Instant Ring-Through, and Post-Call Auto-SMS.
In Settings, choose “Client Phone Lines” and copy your TalkShop number. Then turn on call forwarding with your phone carrier (usually dial *72 + that number).
Open the Audio tab, switch to Pro Ultra-HD, and record a 60-second sample. Your receptionist will use your voice on the next call.
